The Well Seasoned Woman series is an educational in-person wellness experience hosted by Okanagan Lifestyle, with women’s health expert Jenn Pike. Jenn brings years of expertise as a Functional Medicine Diagnostic Nutritionist and holistic practitioner with a deep commitment to helping women feel informed, empowered, and cared for. Designed to support women through life’s seasonal shifts, this workshop series creates a space for learning, connection, reflection, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, vibrant, and confident in your body.
