On Making Room: Why We Do a Spring Cleaning Sale
And why we think being open about it matters.
Spring has a way of asking us to clear what no longer serves and make space for what's coming. We're doing exactly that and we want to bring you along for it.
Our Spring Cleaning Sale runs from Friday, February 27th - Monday, March 2nd, and we want to take a moment to be real with you about what that means for a brand like ours. Because we think the why behind what we do matters just as much as the what.
Why we run sales
We'll be candid, moving inventory helps us sustain the work; the making, the gathering, the building. But a sale isn't just a business tool for us. It's an act of stewardship.
Every piece we create is made with intention. Pieces designed in Kelowna, made by the local artist working next to you in the coffee shop or the maker you see at the market. Built to be worn for years, not seasons. When we offer a sale, we're not manufacturing urgency or producing throwaway pieces to discount, we're inviting what already exists to find its home. A piece sold is a piece worn. A piece worn is a piece that doesn't go to waste. That's the whole idea.
Community for all has always been our mission.
We exist to build community through the goods, through the gatherings, through a shared sense of belonging to this place and this lifestyle. And real community means everyone gets a seat at the table.
A Spring Cleaning Sale is our way of saying: this is a good time to add something you'll love. We're making room on our end. Maybe you are too. It feels like the right exchange for the season.
What a sale never changes.
This is the part we want to be clear about. Regardless of the price tag:

- We don't compromise on how our goods are made or who makes them.
- We are committed to keeping everything we create out of landfill.
- A discount on our end doesn't mean a discount on the people who make what we sell.
